From what I’ve gathered of Cordoba in the last few hours, the city is vibrant, with a lot of diverse architecture and inviting pastry shops, so frequent in fact that I haven’t stopped in one yet. Too many options will do that to you. The flight from New York was eleven hours but because I hadn’t slept much the night before, I was asleep most of the way. We then had a two hour layover in Santiago, Chile where we caught a connection flight to Cordoba. Flying over the Andes for the first time left me breathless, it was nearly impossible to look away.

Waiting in line to pass through customs, we noticed everyone was technically in line for the bathroom and contemplated how obnoxious it would be to pass them all. We waited.
